Refund Policies

  1. If you have any problem with the services provided by our website You can get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery (Customer Care Number/email will be provided).
  2. Refunds will be made:
    • Within 14 working days from the date of receipt of cancellation of the service if the service is already started.
    • Within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the service if the service has not yet started.
  3. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete information or the address.
  4. All costs of return need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the service received is problematic).

Cancellation Policy

  • If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire service and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.
  • All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total service value.
  • There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
  • If a service is to be canceled after all the procedure, the individual return policy of the vendor applies.
